At Halifax Distributors, our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

1. Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
  • Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
    • Intimate or sanitary goods.
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
    • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and select health and personal care items.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 07 days after delivery.

3. Refunds Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is posted).
    3. Contact your bank (processing time varies).

4. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is received.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

7. Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
  • Depending on your location, exchange delivery times may vary.
  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
